At K9 Kennels, the happiness and comfort of our furry companions is always our top priority. This is why we've made the decision to discontinue kennel tours. While we understand the interest in seeing our facilities firsthand, unfamiliar people and the unusual activity that comes with tours causes anxiety and stress in the dogs entrusted to our care. This manifests in excessive barking, pacing, and other signs of distress. Not only is this upsetting for the dogs, but it can also take a significant amount of time and effort for our team to calm them down afterwards.
We understand this might be disappointing news, especially if you're considering boarding your dog with us. However, we believe this policy is in the best interest of the dogs' well-being.
To give you a better idea of our facilities, and approach to dog care, We will be working on a virtual kennel tour to feature on our website shortly. We're confident that by virtually exploring K9 Kennels, you'll get a strong sense of the loving environment we provide for our K9 guests.
